🚨 Job Opportunity: Cyber Café Attendant 🚨

Are you passionate about technology and providing excellent customer service? DTech Cyber Café is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Cyber Café Attendant!

📍 Location:

Nairobi, Kenya

🕘 Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with internet browsing, printing, and scanning services.
  • Ensure all equipment is operational and troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Monitor and ensure the café’s security policies are adhered to.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in a cyber café is an added advantage.

💡 Bonus Skills:

  • Social media management.
  • IT support knowledge.
