Step 1: Visit the eCitizen Website

To check the status of your Kenyan passport application, go to the eCitizen portal.

Step 2: Log in to Your eCitizen Account

  1. Use your username and password to log in to your eCitizen account.
  2. If you don’t have an account, you can create one by following the prompts on the website.

Step 3: Navigate to the Department of Immigration Services

  1. After logging in, click on Department of Immigration Services under the My Services tab.
  2. Select Passport Application from the available options.

Step 4: Check Application Status

  1. Once in the passport section, you will see the Track Application Status option.
  2. Click on Track Application Status.
